This freestanding pet gate has bar spacings of 1 5/8” and is designed for small breeds, non-jumpers, and puppies. At 20″ tall, this gate is the perfect height for you to step over yet keep your little pet contained. The gate is adjustable and able to close off openings from 28″ to 51.25”. Includes rubber-bottomed feet protect your floors from scratching while adding stability to this sturdy gate. Tracking your Order
If you have established an account email and password, track your order status at Customer Login.
Returns are accepted up to 60 days after your item is purchased. Most Returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 15% of your purchase price.
**Please note, although you may have paid a minimal shipping charge, the actual shipping cost (our actual cost to ship the item TO you) is deducted from all buyer's remorse returns. **
You may return your item Via USPS, UPS Ground or FedEx, or you can use another carrier of your choice.
We can provide a return lable if needed. The actual cost of shipping the return (from you to us) will be deducted from your refund.
The item must be unused, with no missing parts, in the same condition as received and with the original packaging.
Use the contact us form and we will reply with the return shipping address(s) and a Return Authorization Number. Please provide name on the order, ship to address and the order number if possible.
Any errors in your order - contact us within10 day- we will make it right.
If damaged in shipment, please provide a clear photo of the damage and we will work to make it right.

Items not sealed in the original packaging or items not in new condition.
Any item returned without receiving a return authorization.
Any item returned more than 60 days after order placed.
Sweaters and Pet Carriers are not accepted for returns, due to health and safety concerns.
Reach out through the contact us form and we will provide the returns address and a Return Authorization Number. Ship the item and record the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or, on the box near the shipping label. Contact us with the return tracking number to speed your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any damage in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. for proper credit, use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
