How to measure your dog for a Crate

 Measure your dog's length and height while standing and sitting then add 2-4 inches to each dimension.

Length Measure from the tip of your dog's nose to the base of their tail, but don't include the full length of their tail. Add a few inches for your interior crate dimension.

Height Measure from the floor to the top of your dog's head or ears while they are sitting. Add a few inches for your interior crate dimension.

This animal kennel is an outstanding buy! It is well-engineered … well-built … The assembly is very direct, and the assembly-tools are provided. It is sturdy … and will withstand many years of good use. The castors are fully-function, locking both roll-&-swivel. The bottom plastic-waste-trays are easily accessible for cleaning, if necessary.  The door latches are solid, and even have provision for using a lock on each door. The top-access hatch is wonderful for having contact with your pet after they’re in the kennel. The top also provides a solid-surface (over half the area of the top) for storing items needed by your pet, and cleaning supplies if you like. We bought a ½-inch synthetic rubber-like pad for the inside, plus a cushy washable blanket for comfort. We had to wash the blanket once, so we bought an extra. You will be VERY PLEASED adding this kennel to your pet's comfort and convenience. -Hal K.

If your order status says unfulfilled, that means it is in process. When your order ships, the status of your order will show fulfilled and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  

When an order is submitted it is finalized and may not be able to be cancelled and any associated shipping costs become the buyers responsibility.

 Return Policy

Return Policy
Return of products deemed in unused, resellable condition including all packaging and parts are accepted up to 60 days after your item is purchased when the policies below are followed. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item's purchase price. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibilty of the consumer. See Exceptions Below

• Use the contact us form and we will reply with the return shipping address and a Return Authorization Number. Please provide name on the order, ship to address and the order number if possible.
• Any errors in your order - contact us within 10 day- we will make it right. 
• If damaged, you must contact us within 30 days,We may reship the item at no cost when a clear photo of the damage is provided.
• Unfortunately, failure to contact us within 30 days of your purchase is not eligible for a refund. 

Refund Exceptions:

• Products which have been custom made for your order including most bling collars, printed tee shirts and hoodies and anything personalized.
• Items not in original packaging or items not in new condition, including  showing signs of use (includes, but is not limited to: evidence of dog fur, dander, dirt, stains, scratch marks, odors, etc.) 
• Any item returned without a return authorization (RA). 
• Any item returned more than 60 days after order placed.
• Due to sanitary concerns, bedding, carriers, toys, ingestables cannot be returned for any reason

Return Shipping
  Use the contact us form and we will provide the returns address and a Return Authorization Number. Ship the item and record the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label near the shipping label. Return shipping is the responsibilty of the consumer. Contact us with the return tracking number can speed your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we provide a return label, processing costs will be deducted from the refund. Damage or loss in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, you may want to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the item is returned and confirmed in New  (resellable) condition. Contact Us with any concerns.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items for defective, damaged or wrong item received.  Contact us for any return instructions.
