As a Canine I feel this is the ultimate comfort retreat. The spacious interior gives room to stretch out, stand tall, and turn around freely—exactly what I  need. The elevated floor keeps me dry and cozy, away from cold, damp ground, while the flip-up sunroof and adjustable vents let you control your climate.

On hot days, I can catch a breeze; when it's chilly, close up for warmth. The PVC curtains block drafts and wind, creating a snug den-like sanctuary. Built from solid wood with a waterproof roof, this house shields me from rain and harsh weather, so Im comfortable and dry. This dog house delivers the comfort and security every dog deserves.

We ship to locations in the Continental United States. Excluding Alaska.

• Orders take 2-4 business days to process
• Shipping typically takes 4-10 business days dependent on destination.

• We will email you if your item is temporarily unavailable or delayed. Don’t forget to check your Junk or Spam folder for rerouted emails.  Backordered items can be cancelled without penalty if the item has not shipped.

If your order status says unfulfilled, that means it is in process. When your order ships, the status of your order will show fulfilled and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  

When an order is submitted it is finalized and may not be able to be cancelled and any associated shipping costs become the buyers responsibility.

 Return Policy

Return Policy
Return of products deemed in unused, resellable condition including all packaging and parts are accepted up to 30 days after your item is recieved when the policies below are followed. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item's purchase price. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibilty of the consumer. See Exceptions Below

• Use the contact us form and we will reply with the return shipping address and a Return Authorization Number. Please provide name on the order, ship to address and the order number if possible.
• Any errors in your order - contact us within 10 day- we will make it right. 
• If damaged, you must contact us within 10 days after delivery. We may reship the item at no cost when a clear photo of the damage is provided.
• Unfortunately, failure to contact us within 20 days from your purchase, returns are not eligible for a refund. 

Refund Exceptions:

• Any Products not stocked which have been custom made for your order and anything personalized.
• Items not in original packaging or items not in new condition, including  showing signs of use (includes, but is not limited to: evidence of dog fur, dander, dirt, stains, scratch marks, odors, etc.) 
• Any item returned without a return authorization (RA). 
• Any item returned more than 60 days after order placed.
• Due to sanitary concerns, bedding, carriers, toys, apparel and ingestables cannot be returned for any reason

Return Shipping
  Use the contact us form and we will provide the returns address and a Return Authorization Number. Ship the item and record the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label near the shipping label. Return shipping is the responsibilty of the consumer. Contact us with the return tracking number can speed your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we provide a return label, processing costs will be deducted from the refund. Damage or loss in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, you may want to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed after the item is returned and confirmed in New  (resellable) condition. Contact Us with any concerns.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We happily replace items for defective, damaged or wrong item received.  Contact us for any return instructions.

Any incomplete or inaccurate shipping address provided at time of purchase is the responsibilty of the purchasor. If delivery issues occur we will do everything we can to help. If additional expenses are incured due to addrss errrors, is the responsibily of the purchasor.
