DIRECTIONS:
Insert the included AAA batteries with included screwdriver. Simply turn on the device by pressing the built-in button located at the front of the pet bowl. By holding this button for 3 seconds you can switch the weight calculation metrics from Pounds to Grams, To turn this device off simply press the button for less than 3 seconds. You may also download the PETKIT Application available on all Android (Google Play) and IOS (Apple) smart phone devices and selecting the FRESH option under the sub menu to track your foods consumption. Users can select from a menu of food brands and if that brand of food is unavailable user must manually enter. Once installed simply enter in that data and the application will track your pets consumption.

If your order status says unfulfilled, that means it is in process. When your order ships, the status of your order will show fulfilled and you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Return Policy
Return Policy
Return of products deemed in unused, resellable condition including all packaging and parts are accepted up to 60 days after your item is purchased when the policies below are followed. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the item's purchase price. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibilty of the consumer.
- Use the contact us form and we will reply with the return shipping address and a Return Authorization Number. Please provide name on the order, ship to address and the order number if possible.
- Any errors in your order - contact us within 10 day- we will make it right.
- If damaged, you must contact us within 30 days,We may reship the item at no cost when a clear photo of the damage is provided.
- Unfortunately, failure to contact us within 30 days of your purchase is not eligible for a refund.
- Products which have been custom made for your order including personalization.
- Items not in original packaging or items not in new condition, including showing signs of use (includes, but is not limited to: evidence of dog fur, dander, dirt, stains, scratch marks, odors, etc.)
- Any item returned without a return authorization (RA).
- Any item returned more than 60 days after order placed.
- Due to sanitary concerns, bedding, carriers, toys, ingestables cannot be returned for any reason
Return Shipping
Use the contact us form and we will provide the returns address and a Return Authorization Number. Ship the item and record the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label near the shipping label. Return shipping is the responsibilty of the consumer. Contact us with the return tracking number can speed your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If we provide a return label, processing costs will be deducted from the refund. Damage or loss in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, you may want to use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
